Track Your Order
When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted. For the latest on your delivery, please refer to the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, if you have a registered account with Burberry, you can find this information in ‘My Account’:
- Sign into ‘My Account’.
- Click on the ‘Orders’ section.
- If the order status is ‘Order Shipped’ click on ‘View’ for the tracking information.
Your order status may take up to one hour to update after your order has been placed.
Please select your preferred shipping destination for shipping options, delivery times, shipping costs and all other information.
Once your order has been shipped, you can also track it at www.ups.com using the tracking number located in your shipping confirmation email.
Destinations, Cost and Times
You can ship your order to any of our global shipping destinations. At checkout, simply change your location to where you would like your order shipped.
The delivery times in the table below are estimates and do not apply to Burberry pre-order or personalised items.
An estimated shipping time for your order will be available to view on the checkout page before you confirm payment.
Delivery times are subject to the acceptance of your order and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Different terms and conditions may apply for different shipping destinations.
If a shipping cost promotion is available the reduced shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
If you have a pre-order or personalised item, delivery times could take longer than stated in the table. Please refer to checkout for estimated delivery times.
If you are using the Burberry app, please visit the ‘Orders’ section in the ‘You’ area of the app for your order delivery times.

We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO boxes.
Shipments are subject to strict controls by local customs authorities. Delays may occur for reasons outside of our control.You may be contacted by our courier or customs clearance broker to provide authorisation for them to act on your behalf to import your order. If you do not provide authorisation, you may become responsible for the import and any fees charged.
Collect in Store
Order online or using the Burberry app and collect your items in the store of your choice. Try them on in store and our associates will be on hand to offer specialist advice or assist with processing any returns.
Due to strict trading agreements and other restrictions, we are unable to ship the following items (indicated with an X) to certain locations.
We will notify you of any restrictions affecting your order at checkout.
We are only able to deliver to the shipping address provided on your order, changes are not permitted once your order has been placed.
It may not be possible to deliver fragrances to restricted areas in:
- South Korea
- Taiwan Area, China
- certain other locations
We cannot ship fragrance and nail polish orders to Mallorca, Spain.
- We are unable to ship make-up and nail polish products into this market. Please note that fragrance products are not affected by this restriction.
- There are strict regulations on the importation of fragrance into Japan by consumers. Please contact your local customs authority for further details.
- In principle, you are permitted to purchase a maximum of 24 units of any individual fragrance product in any two-month period.
Send a Gift
Our gift packaging includes a signature Burberry gift box finished with a hand-tied ribbon.
Standard packaging consists of a pouch, box or garment bag inside a Burberry box.
If you would like your items to be gift packaged, please indicate that your purchase is a gift by selecting ‘Gift Packaging’ at the checkout. If you have selected ‘Gift Packaging’ you will have the opportunity to add a personal message to your order.
Please note that we will always put the condition of your items first and, therefore, we may be unable to offer gift boxes for large items. Due to safety restrictions, we are also unable to offer gift packaging for some of our beauty and fragrance products.
Products will be individually gift packaged.
